The City of Winterthur's Elderly and Care Department provides diverse services for older adults through Spitex and five care centers. This is a great opportunity for an engaged personality in the evening service.
Tasks
- Support and care for our clients with personalized attention.
- Initiate and evaluate care measures with case managers.
- Document care activities and ensure quality standards are met.
Skills
- Completed training as a health or care professional with elderly focus.
- Independent and responsible working style is essential.
- Proficient in MS Office and RAI-HC software.

Your Tasks
- Care and primary nursing of our clients
- Initiating nursing measures and their evaluation in collaboration with case managers
- Maintaining nursing documentation and recording services
- Participating in the implementation of quality standards and nursing development
Your Profile
- Qualification as Health Specialist EFZ or Care Specialist EFZ with a focus on elderly people. Additional training in treatment care is an advantage, preferably with Spitex experience
- Assignments mainly in the evening shift
- Independent and responsible working style
- Confident handling of IT programs (MS Office, RAI-HC)
- Mobile by bike and in possession of a driver’s license
