Polymechanic – CNC Manufacturing, Milling
Activities
You work in a small, well-coordinated team and take on the production of complex milled and drilled parts. CNC machines with Mazatrol and Fanuc controls are used, where precision is part of everyday life. Thanks to your technical understanding, you carry out the work independently according to drawings.Requirements
- Completed apprenticeship as a polymechanic EFZ
- Estimating setup and machining times
- Use of provided CAM programs
- Ability to make minor adjustments in Mastercam
- Loading programs, setting up and operating the machine
- Inspecting first samples and selecting tools
- Running in programs and manufacturing on time and to size
- Optional: Preparing additional workstations for team members
- Participation in development and modernization processes
