Tasks

In the course of your 6 months internship, you will work in:

• Project Support: You actively support the Digital Commerce team in ongoing projects of our five disciplines: Placement & UX, Offer Design & Display, Cross sell and Check out, Customer & Loyalty, and Market Steering & Performance
• Campaign Management: You support with the creation and implementation of promotional pages and visuals to set up our campaigns
• Administrative support: You are responsible for communication coordination of important information for internal stakeholders
• Event support: You assist in organizing team gatherings and events
• Benchmarking: You research market trends and present comparisons of different Online Sales topics
• A/B Testing and Experimentation: You support in testing new features and help prepare the content according to our customer journey

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree, or an “HF” Advanced Federal Diploma of Higher Education. Ideally in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or another Sales related field
• Enrollment for the entire period of the internship or the internship between the bachelor's and master's degree (gap year)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, knowledge of eCommerce tools is an advantage
• Strong interest in digital marketing, e-commerce, and customer experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Very good written and spoken English
• High level of motivation, commitment, and initiative, including the ability to come up with fresh ideas
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
