Your Area of Responsibility

• You independently lead cross-trade project teams in diverse, complex building services projects from planning to realisation.
• You always keep an overview of deadlines, costs, and project progress and steer all involved trades purposefully.
• You develop intelligent, sustainable concepts that meet the highest technical and economic requirements and advise our clients competently and solution-oriented.
• As the central contact person, you ensure smooth collaboration between all project participants and the clients.

Your Expertise

• You have a qualification as a building services planner EFZ as well as further training as a technician HF or engineer FH in building services & energy.
• You have several years of experience in managing complex building services projects, especially in the areas of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, or refrigeration technology (HVAC).
• With your assertiveness and focus on the essentials, you successfully bring projects to completion.
• Your forward-looking decisiveness and clear, structured communication help you maintain an overview and find solutions even in dynamic situations.
