Polymechanic – Setter
Activities
- Participation in the ongoing production process in the deep drawing area
- Carrying out quality checks during production
- Support in setting up and adjusting deep drawing machines as well as milling and punching systems
- Involvement in the introduction and start-up of new products
- Support in the analysis of machines, production processes, and products
- Gradual assumption of tasks in the area of machine setup
- Prospect of taking on further areas of responsibility (e.g., coordination of orders)
Requirements
- Completed technical basic training (e.g., polymechanic) or practical experience in a production company
- Strong technical and mechanical understanding as well as interest in machines
- Motivation to learn about setting up and adjusting production equipment
- Independent working style and high sense of responsibility
- Interest in production processes as well as IT-supported systems
- Good German skills both spoken and written
