Every year, KPT trains five apprentices – and successfully so: We have already been awarded the certificate "Best Training Companies in Switzerland" several times. Starting August 2026, we are again looking for motivated young talents for the apprenticeship as Commercial Employee EFZ. What you can achieve
- You are in the flow and independently handle administrative and organizational tasks – sometimes even comfortably from the home office.
- Every 6 months: department change! This way, you get to know KPT and the commercial apprenticeship from all sides.
- You dive deep into the exciting world of health insurance and acquire knowledge that will benefit you for a lifetime.
- With 6–8 practical assignments per semester, you show what you can do.
- Your team of fellow apprentices and practical trainers supports you at every step of your training – together you rock it.
What distinguishes you
- Good performance in secondary and/or specialized secondary school or an excellent secondary school diploma
- Interest in healthcare and joy in making a meaningful impact
- A communicative, independent, and enthusiastic personality
- Everything is possible: vocational baccalaureate, sports apprenticeship , second apprenticeship or IV-supported training
