You want a solid vocational education with a strong practical focus in a company with many years of training experience? Then you are in the right place at the City of Winterthur! In the four-year basic vocational training as a Geomatics Technician EFZ (focus "Surveying"), you record spatial information and prepare plans and maps.Your Tasks
- Surveying of plots, buildings and roads with precision instruments
- Creating plan bases for structural and civil engineering projects using CAD software
- Processing land mutations within the framework of official surveying
- Updating plans for the land register
Your Profile
- Completed compulsory school with good grades in mathematics, geometry, technical drawing and computer science
- Good spatial imagination and enjoyment of precise work
- Technical understanding and logical thinking
- Enjoyment of working outdoors
