In this role, you organize events for the internal and external representation of the University of Applied Sciences Graubünden together with internal and external partners. You develop, plan, design, and implement the events, coordinate event communication, accompany the execution, prepare the billing, and evaluate the results in reporting. As part of a self-organized team, you work goal-oriented in a versatile environment, maintain your network, and make independent decisions that you implement responsibly. With your affinity for digital tools and modern working methods, you actively contribute to the further development of our event formats, simplify processes, and ensure convincing results with a clear focus on quality, impact, and efficiency.

- Bachelor's degree in Event Management or a comparable qualification
- Several years of practical experience in planning, implementing, and managing events as well as in project management
- Confident handling of digital tools and efficient use to optimize processes
