Your area of responsibility
- Preparation of complex offers for major customers in the areas of ICS, healthcare, hotel industry, and gastronomy
- Structured preparation of decision-making bases and offer documents
- Active participation in public tenders and submissions including requirements analysis, document creation, quality assurance, and timely submission
- Close cooperation with internal stakeholders such as sales, purchasing, operations management, and product management
- If necessary, direct interaction with major customers to clarify requirements
Your profile
- Commercial basic training and/or business studies
- Initial experience in internal or external sales with a strong administrative flair
- Fluent language skills in German and French
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and structured way of working
- Alert personality who takes responsibility and contributes own inputs
- Analytical thinking ability and enjoyment of complex issues
- Outgoing and confident manner with a sense for engaging internal stakeholders
