Operations ensure secure and efficient processing of Pictet's banking transactions and investment funds. Our teams ensure that all activities comply with regulations and manage risks.
By developing and maintaining a modern and robust infrastructure, we guarantee reliable and high-quality services for wealth management, asset management, and real estate.
We are looking for a Voluntary Corporate Actions Specialist to join our team within the Clients & Asset Services department.
You will be responsible for the notification, instruction, and billing of events related to all asset classes (except investment funds).
Your role
- Ensure the execution and monitoring of Voluntary Corporate Actions (optional dividends, purchase/redemption offers, capital increases, and the full range of events), in compliance with internal and external procedures, guidelines, and agreements.
- Notify investors of changes impacting their holdings.
- Process instructions related to optional events and instruct the respective custodians.
- Invoice and reconcile proceeds.
- Handle complex internal requests from the Front Office.
- Identify and manage risks related to operations.
- Participate in projects to improve our processes.
Your profile
- Strong experience in banking operations and comfort with numerical data.
- Experience in Voluntary Corporate Actions (minimum 5 years)
- Team spirit, sense of collaboration and customer service.
- Versatility and ability to manage multiple tasks with rigor and organization.
- Proactivity, curiosity, and interest in innovation and continuous improvement.
- Curiosity about IT tools and ability to propose improvements.
- Interest in new technologies (automation, AI…) is a plus.
- Fluent in French and English.
- Knowledge of the Avaloq tool is an asset.
- Residence in Switzerland required.
