Spitex, with its basic service mandate, is gaining increasing importance in outpatient healthcare. The Spitex Association Thurgau is an important contact for care and support and represents, as the cantonal umbrella organization, in particular the interests of the 15 Spitex organizations with a municipal service mandate.
Due to a reorganization of the board, we are looking for several personalities as of May 1, 2026 as
Board Members
You can expect a meaningful activity with scope for design and networking in the dynamic environment of outpatient healthcare. The voluntary activity is compensated with meeting and expense allowances.
Your profile:
- Interest in outpatient healthcare and Spitex
- Professional competence in the respective department/focus area
- Strategic thinking, commitment, and ability to work in a team
- Willingness to take responsibility in a nonprofit environment
- Knowledge of the healthcare system or association work is an advantage
Your tasks:
As a board member, you actively shape the strategic development of the Spitex Association Thurgau. You contribute your expertise and, together with the committee, take responsibility for the future of the association.
- Participation in the strategic management and further development of the association
(approx. 6 board meetings and 1-2 general meetings) - Professional responsibility for your department (Marketing/Communication, Finance, Technology, or Politics)
- Participation in key decision-making processes of the board
- Support of the management in strategic issues
- Representation of the association towards members, partners, and authorities
