Reservation & Ticketing Agent (f/m/d)
based in our office in Geneva
The Ticketing Agent will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service by assisting customers with ticket purchases, reservations and inquiries. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to handle a high volume of transactions efficiently.
Your tasks:
- Ticket Sales: Process ticket purchases and reservations through various channels including phone, email, and in-person transactions
- Customer Service: Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information regarding schedules, prices, and other relevant details
- Support Services: Assist customers with special requests and provide information on travel policies and procedures
- Problem Resolution: Handle customer complaints and issues with professionalism and escalate to appropriate personnel when necessary
- Payment Processing: Accurately process payments, refunds, and exchanges in accordance with company policies
- Collaboration: Work closely with team members and departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
Your qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in customer service or travel services is a plus
- Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the travel industry
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English and French
- Proficiency in using ticketing systems and software
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude
