Job Description
As Teamleader Production (m/f/div.), you combine personnel management with technical expertise. You are a "player-coach" who not only leads the team but also actively supports the production day-to-day and acts as a technical role model. You are the link between the groupleader and production.
Your main tasks include:
- Professional and personnel leadership of a production team
- You set up machines yourself, troubleshoot faults, and ensure that the systems run with maximum availability
- You are responsible for costs, delivery reliability, and above all the quality of the produced parts
- Active design and optimisation of workflows according to Bosch Production System standards are your responsibilities, while complying with legal and company regulations
- Active participation in the continuous improvement process
Qualifications
- Education: Basic technical training such as polymechanic / automation technician (m/f/div.)
- Personality and working style: Communicative, resilient, and assertive personality with an independent and reliable working style and willingness to work shifts
- Experience and know-how: Leadership experience, knowledge of Bosch products, and SAP skills are advantageous
- Languages: Good communication and expression skills in German
