Role Objective:

In this position, you will look after existing customers and actively develop your sales territory. With your technical know-how and consulting skills, you identify customer needs, develop suitable solutions, and accompany projects from inquiry to successful implementation. In doing so, you make an important contribution to sustainable business success and long-term customer loyalty.

Your Responsibilities:

• Responsibility for sales and margin in the assigned sales territory
• Consulting and support of wholesalers, installers, electrical planners, and end customers
• Building and further developing sustainable customer relationships
• Leading and coordinating customer projects
• Identifying market and customer needs
• Implementing sales promotion measures and representing the company at trade fairs and customer events

Your Profile:

• Technical basic training in telecommunications or telematics
• Further training and experience in technical field service
• Industry knowledge and an existing network in the sales territory are advantageous
• Sales-strong and trustworthy personality with negotiation skills
• Customer-, team- and solution-oriented working style
• Ability to recognise customer needs and translate them into successful solutions
• Willingness for continuous further training
• Very good German skills, French and English skills are advantageous
