Visitor Supervisor: Historic Churches Tour (60%)
The church district one belongs to the church community of Zurich and includes the old town with the churches of Fraumünster, Grossmünster, St. Peter, the Water Church, and the Preacher's Church. For our dedicated team "Tour", we are looking for you as an experienced
Your Tasks
- You welcome visitors to the Zurich old town churches, collect the information fee, provide audio guides, sell tickets for tours and concerts, and give tourist information
- As a visitor supervisor, you offer visitors of Zurich's historical landmarks a unique experience
- You advise and sell unique souvenirs and help ensure that our guests can take a piece of Zurich home with them
- You ensure a smooth daily operation and are responsible for cash reconciliations
- You support events, tours, and concerts
- You represent the area manager of the tour in their absence
Your Profile
- Training and experience in tourism, hospitality, sales, or a similar field with customer contact
- Good German and English skills, at least one additional foreign language is an advantage
- Professional and courteous demeanor in the host role combined with assertiveness in demanding customer contacts
- Service-oriented personality who enjoys working in a team
- Leadership experience in a deputy management position is an advantage
- Positive attitude towards the Reformed Church
