Construction machinery is your passion, and you love taking on new challenges every day? Then we have the perfect job for you! Together with your service advisor and a team of five service technicians, you ensure that our machines run smoothly in the Aargau region – literally! This responsible position requires technical expertise, communication skills, and organisational talent.
Your tasks - full of drive and responsibility
- You take over the complete scheduling for your service area
- You are the first point of contact for our customers by phone or email and support them professionally and warmly
- You plan the assignments of our service technicians, arrange appointments directly with customers, and create clever, efficient routes
- You proactively inform customers about execution times and ensure transparent communication
- You prepare offers according to the service advisor's specifications and take care of cost statements
- You open, plan, and process work orders including material procurement for our technicians
- You reliably check and post invoices
- You monitor open orders and maintain status lists within your area of responsibility
- You occasionally cover for colleagues in other regions – teamwork is a lived reality with us
Your profile - personality counts with us
- A completed vocational training in a technical field (e.g. construction or agricultural machinery mechanic), ideally supplemented by further training in the administrative area
- You are an organisational talent with a passion for customer service and the ability to remain calm and focused even in hectic situations
- Very good geographical knowledge of Switzerland
- Native German speaker, English and French skills are an advantage
- Confident handling of MS Office; other applications are a plus
