Registered Nurse HF Dementia 80 - 100% (Bergholz)

• You work in a manageable nursing residential group with residents with dementia and varying care needs
• You organise and coordinate the diverse nursing daily routine and take on the daily responsibility on the ward
• You conduct interprofessional ward rounds, round table discussions and coordination meetings
• You involve relatives of our residents in your primary nursing care
• You are responsible for planning, implementing, monitoring and adjusting the nursing process and correct documentation
• You ensure high nursing quality in collaboration with our nursing experts
• You support and promote trainees and students in the challenging nursing daily routine and their learning situations
• You engage in internal working groups for the further development of Thurvita

• Diploma recognised in Switzerland as a Registered Nurse HF / FH and very good German language skills
• Solid nursing expertise and interest in professional and personal development
• You enjoy both relationship work and complex medical-technical activities
• The nursing process is central to you and you are keen to help shape its further development
• You communicate confidently and professionally
• You handle hectic, challenging and complex situations calmly and thoughtfully
• You impress with high social competence: you meet our residents, colleagues and all contacts with empathy, respect and appreciation
