The Wädenswil notary office is responsible for carrying out approximately 50 new bankruptcy proceedings annually within the district (city of Wädenswil and municipality of Richterswil). To strengthen our

Senior Clerk in Bankruptcy Administration 60 - 80%
Your tasks
- Independent execution of bankruptcy proceedings of all kinds, especially conducting hearings and inventory recordings, ordering security measures, carrying out realizations, preparing ranking plans and distribution lists
- Seizing, reviewing, and archiving bankruptcy files
- Granting file access to various external agencies
- Leading and training employees in a small, motivated team
What you bring
- Commercial training with a certificate as a specialist in bankruptcy administration or a federal professional certificate as a debt enforcement and bankruptcy specialist (specialization in bankruptcy) from the Swiss Association for Professional Examinations in Debt Enforcement and Bankruptcy (SVBBK) or comparable further education or a completed law degree with several years of practical experience in bankruptcy administration
- Impeccable reputation, professional and confident demeanor, assertiveness, flexibility, independence, resilience, discretion, and teamwork skills
- Fluent German skills in spoken and written form
- Good IT user skills (knowledge of the eXpert Konkurs software is an advantage)
- Willingness for continuous further education
- Driver's license category B
