Finance Coordinator & Management Support 80% - 100%- Preparation and processing of monthly billings
- Preparation of accruals and provisions within the framework of the monthly closing
- Billing of additional orders and projects
- Preparation of management reports as well as analyses and evaluations
- Responsibility for the customer information system
- Support in the preparation and follow-up of internal and external audits
- Minute taking and support in organising meetings and events
- Participation in the optimisation of billing, reporting and administration processes
- Creation and administration of change requests
- Commercial basic training, ideally with further education in finance or controlling
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable role
- Sound knowledge of accounting as well as billing of services
- Very good Excel skills and experience with ERP and reporting systems
- Analytical thinking and strong affinity for numbers
- Structured, independent and careful working style
- Very good German skills as well as good English skills in spoken and written form
- Responsible, team-oriented personality with a professional appearance
