Chef de Rang Lobby Lounge Bar 100% (m/f/d)

Your daily work

• Ensuring a smooth service process taking into account internal service standards as well as the standards of SDH and LHW
• Independently managing a service station
• Taking table reservations
• Looking after our demanding clientele
• Preparing the daily accounts

What we wish from you

• Completed vocational training as a restaurant specialist EFZ, hotel specialist EFZ or equivalent professional experience
• Experience in upscale gastronomy
• Very good German skills, good English and French skills are an advantage
• Team spirit, passion and good communication skills
• Clean and organised working method
