Here is what you will do
With us, you take full responsibility for a strong team of around 15 professionals. You are not just a department head, but…
- actively shape the future of our department and further develop exciting projects
- as the personnel, technical, and administrative head of the painting and plastering departments, you ensure that every process runs smoothly – from acquisition through calculation to budget responsibility and project development
- lead a passionate team that enthusiastically makes rooms and facades shine
- support and advise our clients, represent our company convincingly both externally and internally
- always have costs, deadlines, and quality standards firmly under control and turn plans into real success stories
These are your skills and strengths
- Ideally, you have a basic training as a plasterer EFZ (or painter EFZ) and ideally further training, e.g., as a master or project manager with operational management
- You bring leadership experience and are really eager to motivate and develop your team
- You think entrepreneurially, networked, and analytically, have a good sense for customers, and bring negotiation skills
- As a communicative personality, you keep an overview even in challenging situations
