Automotive Mechatronics Technician in Assembly
Activities
- Assembly of adhesive systems (electrical and mechanical) with a high degree of automation according to
- drawings and parts lists
- Complete internal commissioning of systems in a small team up to support during preliminary acceptance with the customer (in-house)
- Running in and improving hotmelt adhesive processes
- Occasional commissioning and support of customers on site
- Construction of experimental setups for principle tests including the manufacture of mechanical
- individual parts
- Introducing and implementing innovations and improvement suggestions (CIP)
- You are responsible for meeting deadlines, quality and safety in your work area
Requirements
- Basic mechanical training with a Federal VET Diploma (EFZ) as agricultural / construction / machine /
- polymechanic / automation technician or similar with mechanical manufacturing and assembly technology
- Careful and precise working method
- Good knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics and electrical engineering
- Enthusiasm for technology and processes
- Enjoyment of a comprehensive and very varied range of tasks
- Confident manner, independence, flexibility, enjoyment of contact with people
- Willingness to travel (<10%)
- Very good German and PC skills, English skills advantageous
