Nursing Assistant in Night Shift - as a Float

Your Tasks
- You contribute to ensuring care quality appropriately to the situation and attentively respond to the individual needs of our patients
- In your float role, you support the nursing professionals during the night in the care and supervision of our patients and assist in the implementation of care measures
- You approach different concerns with sensitivity, calmness, and confidence, thereby creating security and trust
Your Profile
- Completed training as AGS Assistant in Health and Social Care or as a Nursing Assistant
- Professional experience in a hospital, rehabilitation clinic, or a comparable nursing environment
- Enjoyment in contact with elderly people as well as a respectful and empathetic manner
- Strong service orientation and a good sense for the needs of our patients
- High flexibility, reliability, and an open and inclusive communication style
- Very good German language skills in spoken and written form
