Construction Project Manager or Junior Site Manager, 90-100% (m/f/d)

Tasks

• You control the construction processes, negotiate with suppliers and supervise subcontractors on site
• Additionally, you optimise work steps and take responsibility for quality, deadlines and costs
• You also ensure a smooth process and act as a contact person for architects, specialist planners, contractors and craftsmen
• Depending on your training and knowledge level, you can take on more demanding tasks and/or be trained on the job
• The workload can be 90 or 100%, depending on your preference

Requirements

• You have a qualification as an architectural draughtsperson / building draughtsperson, bricklayer, carpenter or equivalent (m/f/d)
• Initial experience in site management and/or further training as a site manager / construction technician / architect or willingness to undertake further training is desirable but not mandatory
