DIPLOMAED NURSE (60 –80%) SPITEX WITH CASE MANAGEMENT

What you will achieve with us: 

• You manage the care and support process

• You conduct clarification and advisory discussions

• You support and advise clients with complex care situations

• You coach employees and trainees on professional matters 

• You keep an eye on quality standards and further develop them

What you bring: 

• Qualification as a Diplomaed Nurse HF/FH 

• High social competence, flexibility and resilience 

• Quality awareness, organisational skills, a winning manner and an appreciative, empathetic basic attitude 

• Independent and responsible way of working 

• Good PC user skills (RAI-HC knowledge an advantage) 

• Driving licence
