We are seeking a highly motivated, eager-to-learn, and professionally skilled individual who enjoys taking responsibility and developing further in a dynamic environment. If you already have solid knowledge in finance and accounting and want to specifically expand your practical experience with us, you are exactly right here. After thorough onboarding in our well-coordinated team, you will gradually take on the following tasks:
Your area of responsibility
- Financial accounting | Responsibility for the independent management of the general and subsidiary ledgers
- Monthly and quarterly closings | Preparation and analysis of the monthly and quarterly closings of a subsidiary
- Value-added tax | Independent preparation of VAT returns
- Annual financial statements | Assistance with annual financial statements, tax returns, and closing tasks
- Intercompany settlements | Posting and reconciliation of intra-group settlements
- Analyses and key figures | Conducting various reconciliations as well as analysis of reports and key figures
- Asset accounting | Management and maintenance of asset accounting
- Projects and processes | Participation in projects and process optimisations in the finance area
Your qualifications and skills
- Education and training | Commercial basic training with further education in finance and accounting, e.g. accounting clerk, professional certificate in finance and accounting, or business studies – completed or in training
- IT skills | Good Excel skills; experience with Abacus is an advantage
- Professional knowledge | Initial experience with VAT returns as well as knowledge in asset accounting are advantageous
- Motivation | High initiative, willingness to learn, and enjoyment in taking responsibility
- Personality | Structured, reliable, and team-oriented personality with a positive attitude
