Construction Manager Civil Engineering, 80-100% (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

• You take overall responsibility for the construction management of infrastructure and civil engineering projects
• You coordinate and lead the construction sites, including monitoring quality, deadlines, costs, and occupational safety
• You also ensure smooth communication between clients, planners, and authorities
• Preparing tender documents, supporting contract awards, and managing claims are also part of your demanding tasks
• Finally, you represent the client externally
• The workload can, depending on preference, be between 80 and 100%

Requirements

• You have a degree / training as a civil engineer, civil engineering technician, civil construction manager, or comparable (m/f/d)
• A confident manner, a structured and responsible way of working, and interest in innovative construction processes are expected
