What is my role?

• Management and supervision of project teams

• Coordination of collaboration between clients, architects and specialist planners

• Assumption of project management tasks

• Taking over overall project management tasks if required

• Interface between planning and execution

• Independent planning according to SIA 102

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed training in the field of architecture or construction

• Professional experience in project management and planning coordination in Switzerland

• Experience with general contractor/total contractor projects is an advantage

• Very good German skills, spoken and written

• Very good MS Office skills

• Proficiency in construction administration and CAD software

• Initiative, independent and reliable working style

• Strong communication skills

• Social competence

• Goal-oriented, self-initiated, responsible
