Job Description
- Ensure comprehensive care for the patient and her (their) baby(ies) to promote the mother-child relationship.
- Maintain clinical reasoning to optimize the quality of care and the safety of patients in prenatal, perinatal, and postpartum.
- Apply hygiene rules and protocols to prevent infection.
- Have a clinical and adapted approach to the pain of the patient and/or that of her (their) baby(ies).
- Collaborate with obstetricians, anesthetists, and pediatricians.
- Participate in the supervision and evaluation of interns.
- Ensure compliance with current processes.
- Adhere to institutional policy.
Qualifications
- Midwife diploma.
- Diploma(s) registered or recognized by the Swiss Red Cross.
- Right to practice in the canton of Geneva definitive or in progress.
- Minimum of two years of experience in maternity appreciated.
