BUILDING APPRAISER 80-100%
How you can contribute with us
- Determining building values on the desktop using technical calculation aids
- Checking construction insurance regarding the insured sum
- Creating the corresponding appraisal documentation and evaluation materials
- Further development and optimization of calculation tools for determining insurance values
- Personal and telephone consultation of clients in insurance matters
- Active participation in further development through project work
What you bring with you
- Completed training as a Technical Clerk with a federal diploma or equivalent qualification in the construction or real estate sector
- Construction and building technology expertise as well as knowledge in the areas of calculation and/or cost estimation, experience in project management is an advantage. Confident handling of MS Office applications and a pronounced IT affinity
- Team-oriented and customer-focused personality with a confident expression and very good communication skills in German
- Independent, reliable, and meticulous working style
