Food and Beverage Operations Manager 100%

Your tasks? You will like this:

• You take over the operational management of all 35 coffee bars in Switzerland
• You continuously work on process optimizations, such as the workflows of the coffee bar
• You are responsible for training existing and new employees (training on coffee machines, recipes, workflows, food and safety)
• You are responsible for ensuring that hygiene standards and health regulations (HACCP) are complied with
• You work closely with the F&B Manager and together you plan the strategic direction, portfolio development, employee development, and training offerings
• You optimize employee scheduling in consultation with branch managers and the Area Sales Manager to ensure the achievement of sales and turnover targets

Your profile? You convince us with:

• Your training in gastronomy as well as your several years of experience in F&B operations or in system gastronomy
• Your leadership experience and any experience in employee training
• Your training as a barista
• Your strong understanding of processes and workflows
• Your very good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Your very good German skills; French and English skills are an advantage
• Your driving license in category B
