About the job
To strengthen our teams in nursing and social pedagogy, we are looking for you for our therapy ward of the Clinic for Child and Adolescent Psychiatry with immediate effect or by arrangement as
Tasks
- You support and promote the social and emotional skills as well as abilities of the patients (aged 7 to ≤18 years) in the milieu therapeutic setting
- You organise the daily structure of the patients in collaboration with the team and other departments
- In emergency situations, you act competently and provide children and adolescents with security
- You share responsibility for the implementation of the treatment planning
Profile
- You have successfully completed training in social pedagogy or nursing (HF/FH) and already have professional experience, preferably in psychiatry
- You have experience in working as a key person with children and adolescents
- You are flexible, committed, resilient, and a responsible personality with enthusiasm for demanding patient care in a lively environment
- You speak or write fluent German and have a confident command of common Office applications
