What is my role?

Our client is looking for a construction foreman in road and civil engineering who takes overall responsibility for construction projects. You plan and coordinate construction sites, monitor deadlines, costs and quality, and lead your team to success. As the interface between clients, authorities and your team, you ensure with your technical know-how that projects are successfully implemented.

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed training as a construction foreman, technician or comparable qualification in the field of road and civil engineering

• Several years of professional experience in managing civil engineering projects

• Confident handling of construction software and MS Office

• Driving licence category B

• Organisational talent with the ability to keep an overview even in hectic situations

• Strong communication skills and assertiveness

• Initiative and enjoyment of independent work

• Solution-oriented thinking and hands-on mentality
