SIX has been managing registered mortgage bonds nationwide in Switzerland on a fiduciary basis for mortgage institutions since 2013. This nominee service is handled via the Terravis platform and is in a dynamic development phase. To cope with the ongoing volume increases, we are looking for a specialist with know-how in the processing of mortgage or notary and land registry transactions.
As a Specialist Nominee, you will make a significant contribution to the processing of daily operational business in the area of registered mortgage bond administration. Are you ready for this interesting position? Then we look forward to receiving your application documents!
These are your tasks
- Operational processing of daily business in the area of registered mortgage bond administration
- Coordination with banks, land registry offices, and notaries throughout Switzerland on technical issues
- Responding to customer inquiries by email and phone
What you bring with you
- Commercial qualification
- Operational professional experience in mortgage, notary, and/or land registry matters
- Good planning and organizational skills / high flexibility and resilience
- Independent, precise working style as well as quick comprehension
- Committed team player with high quality standards
- Fluent in German and good knowledge of French (spoken and written)
