About the job
The Discherheim Foundation in Solothurn supports and cares for adults with disabilities. In the residential area, we are looking for someone immediately or by arrangement
Social Pedagogue, Nursing Specialist HF or Care Specialist EFZ, 60-100%
Your Tasks
- Care and support of people with cognitive and multiple disabilities in the residential area
- Responsibility as a reference person for one to two clients
- Professional and holistic care and support
- Agogic and nursing co-responsibility in the team, concept work, LQ planning
- Administrative and planning tasks, support of the team management
- Collaboration in an interdisciplinary team
We expect from you
- You have a degree as a social pedagogue or nursing specialist HF or as a care specialist EFZ
- Client-centered action, flexibility and tolerance are qualities that are natural for you
- You maintain open communication and actively contribute to the team
- You are resilient, flexible and have good physical constitution
- Irregular working hours are no problem for you (no night shifts)
- You have very good PC user skills and complete your profile with a car driving license
