About the job
At Schlogari, we offer people with psychological and/or intellectual disabilities a special living environment and create fulfilling and rewarding working conditions for you. This allows you to realise your full potential and experience yourself as an important part of our large community.
In supported living with outreach care (Team Outreach 1), around 20 employees accompany, care for, and support approximately 55 residents with varying degrees of independence in different living arrangements. The interdisciplinary team is present on-site punctually and as needed, supports the residents specifically, strengthens their participation and self-efficacy, ensures safety, and promotes their greatest possible independence.

- Completed training as a Health Specialist or Care Specialist EFZ or
completed course as an SRK Nursing Assistant - Your infectious zest for life
