Account Manager in the Police Environment 80–100 %

As an Account Manager in the BORS environment, you specialize in supporting and further developing our key customers in this exciting field. You understand the specific ICT requirements of police forces and emergency services and are able, together with the specialist teams, to develop and market innovative solutions with the highest security standards. In doing so, you act both as a consultant and as an account manager, build long-term customer relationships through your competent appearance, and ensure that our services and solutions meet the needs.
Your Role
- Maintain existing key accounts and build new customer relationships
- Expand customer relationships with new solutions
- Commercial responsibility for offers, orders, and contracts, including calculation and billing
- Revenue responsibility including creating revenue budgets and forecasts
- Monitor market developments and identify customer needs
- Central role in handling tenders in collaboration with specialist teams
- Lead customer presentations and conduct sales negotiations up to contract conclusion
- Maintain the CRM system in the role of Account Manager
Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, or comparable education/training
- Experience in selling IT solutions and projects, ideally in the public sector or BORS environment
- Good understanding of customer needs in the IT environment and networking skills
- Analytical thinking, quick comprehension, and a structured and solution-oriented working style
- High service orientation and reliability
- Confident German and good English skills in spoken and written form
- Team player and openness to change
