Golf Sempach is the largest golf resort in Switzerland with 2 x 18 hole championship courses and the country's largest indoor performance center, located in a spectacular scenic location, 3 km from the Sempach motorway exit. As part of the "Leading Golf Courses of Switzerland," the facilities meet the highest quality standards. Around 50 employees work for over 1,200 members and many guests. Our restaurant "Le Club" covers a wide range from à la carte cuisine to banquets for up to 350 people.

As a passionate host, do you feel ready for a new challenge at Golf Sempach? Are you enthusiastic about à la carte as well as sports events? Then you are just right for us.

Your Tasks

  • Goal-oriented leadership of the entire gastronomy team
  • Creation of the entire à la carte and banquet offerings in cooperation with the head chef
  • Purchasing and ordering management
  • Planning, organizing, and conducting all banquets and active selling of events from A to Z
  • Pampering demanding customers with first-class kitchen and service performance

Your Profile

  • Completed training in gastronomy as well as a diploma from a recognized hotel management school or equivalent training (e.g., as F&B Manager, Restaurant Manager, Banquet Manager)
  • Several years of professional and leadership experience in upscale gastronomy and banquet management
  • Organizational talent, high sense of responsibility, good communication skills
  • Flexible, resilient, reliable, high commitment
