The EMS Les Clos d’Aubonne opened its doors in October 2024 and has 56 beds, covering two missions: geriatrics and advanced age psychiatry. The institution also benefits from 12 temporary care places, including the memory CAT. Overlooking the vineyards and the lake, the EMS d’Aubonne welcomes you in a warm and dynamic setting. Located close to the village, it provides easy access to nearby shops and cafes. About 70 collaborators work there.
We are looking for the EMS Les Clos d'Aubonne a:
Community Care and Health Assistant - ASSC (M/F) at 80%
To strengthen our Psychogeriatrics service, immediately or to be agreed.

YOU HAVE
- A CFC as Community Care and Health Assistant - ASSC
- A HUMANITUDE training certificate, an asset
- Successful first experience in geriatrics or advanced age psychiatry
- Availability and flexibility allowing you to work mainly at night
- Good communication skills, listening and empathy
- A sense of multidisciplinary teamwork
YOUR OBJECTIVES
- Support residents in daily life activities
- Participate in adapting and maintaining the resident's environment with their collaboration
- Provide care by delegation and under the nurse's responsibility
- Participate in the residents' life project approach and interdisciplinary care of residents
