For the late shift team, we are looking from April 1, 2026, or by arrangement, for HF nursing professionals and health professionals who will take care of clients in the entire care area of Spitex Region Schaffhausen in the evening.
In this exciting job
- you are on the move during the evening and carry out medically prescribed measures as well as nursing and therapeutic activities with the clients.
- you respond professionally and thoughtfully in emergency situations, take responsibility, and ensure clear communication.
- as a certified HF nursing professional, you take on the evening responsibility as well as the on-call service.
- you coordinate, document, and evaluate the nursing process correctly and carefully.
- you actively commit to effective interdisciplinary collaboration.
You are successful here
- if you have completed training as a certified HF nursing professional or an equivalent qualification.
- with at least two years of practical professional experience in nursing.
- because your expertise is up to date and you enjoy engaging with new developments.
- as complex and rapidly changing situations bring you joy and you like to take responsibility.
- by completing organizational, coordinative, and administrative tasks with interest and care.
- through a high level of social competence and empathetic support of clients.
- thanks to confident handling of IT applications, ideally with experience with InterRAI and in Spitex.
- through an independent and flexible working style as well as the willingness to take responsibility at night.
- with a category B driving license and enjoyment of mobile work.
