- You receive and process declarations (e.g., recognition, name declaration, gender change).
- As part of marriage preparation, you check whether all marriage requirements are met.
- You conduct wedding ceremonies.
- You create extracts from the civil status registers.
- You advise our customers by phone or in person at the counter.
Your profile
- You have completed commercial basic training, preferably in a public administration, as well as the federal specialist certificate as a civil registrar.
- You have practical experience in the area of responsibility and have a flair for legal matters.
- You express yourself fluently in written and spoken German and have foreign language skills.
- Your working style is independent, reliable, service-oriented, and empathetic.
