Nursing Specialist FaGe, 60-80%, with additional function as Trainer
Büelriet – The home for elderly people.
Our new nursing and care center Büelriet offers a private and cozy home for 44 residents. Every day, the entire Büelriet team cares for the residents with great dedication, always with the goal of creating a feeling of home for the residents and maintaining their quality of life.
Our employees create a place of appreciation, comfort, and security for the residents through their daily motivated engagement. The personal wishes, needs, and ideas of our residents are prioritized, considered, and integrated.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for an agreement for a
- Holistic, individual, needs- and resource-oriented care and support for the residents with great warmth based on primary nursing
- Active design of the daily life of the residents, taking into account individual needs and the social environment
- Executing medical prescriptions, preparing and administering medications
- Carrying out administrative tasks and maintaining the electronic care documentation EasyDoK
- Accompanying and supporting trainees (if the Trainer course is not available, interest and willingness to complete the Trainer course)
- Completed training as a nursing specialist FaGe or an equivalent training with Swiss recognition
- Preferably professional experience in long-term care • Motivation and passion for working in a long-term institution
- Commitment, empathy, and the desire to take on responsibility and contribute
- You maintain a respectful and appreciative interaction with residents, relatives, and employees
- Pronounced social skills, independent and self-reliant working style, flexibility, and openness to change
- A positive and reliable attitude towards life that conveys trust and security • Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
- Completed Trainer course or willingness to complete it
- Knowledge in the application of BESA and EasyDok is also desirable
