Project Manager / Site Manager (M/F) Transformation / Renovation in Lausanne 

Your mission

• Prepare construction sites from a technical and financial point of view
• Plan construction sites in terms of labor and inventories
• Organize construction sites daily
• Manage the implementation and monitoring of QSE procedures
• Ensure financial monitoring, offer calculation, preparation of additional quotes, measurement of executed works, and invoicing
• Manage relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and all stakeholders

Your profile

• Federal VET Diploma in construction with site manager training, degree in Civil Engineering (HES/EPF) or equivalent training
• Experience in site management in Switzerland
• Initiative, autonomy, and excellent organization
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with all site actors
• Ability to work under pressure and solve problems effectively
• Proficiency in common computer tools
