About the job
- As part of an interdisciplinary treatment team, you care for patients in an outpatient setting.
- After thorough training, you take on psychiatric and psychotherapeutic assessments and treatments – under senior physician supervision.
- You actively participate in interdisciplinary case discussions and have the opportunity to contribute to specific group offerings.
- Individual therapy planning including documentation and reporting is your responsibility.
- You prepare medical reports and expert opinions and work closely with referring agencies, relatives, and authorities.

- You have successfully completed your medical studies (CH, EU or EFTA) and already have MEBEKO recognition for a foreign degree.
- You have gained initial experience in inpatient psychiatry and now want to deepen your know-how specifically.

- You are passionate about working with mentally ill people, especially in exchange with a multiprofessional team.
- You remain calm in dynamic situations, think solution-oriented, and act flexibly.
- Communication is your strength – whether in conversations with patients, in the team, or with external partners.
- You bring commitment, creativity, and high self-motivation and have very good German skills (at least C1).
