Reference: CLS/RH/2025.721 / Contract type: Fixed-term contract at 100% / Hours: Monday to Sunday, earliest 7:00 am and latest 8:00 pm according to schedule / Start date: as soon as we find the right person / Location: in the heart of Lausanne (M2 stop "Riponne" or Bus 2, 3 or 21 stop "Beaulieu-Jomini")

Why do we need you?

Following the departure of the current holder of the position, we are looking for a new colleague for the Laboratory team. He or she will be responsible for performing and technically validating analyses in the sector to which he or she is assigned in order to provide the prescriber with reliable results.

What will you be expected to do?

• Carry out the administrative registration of patient files and process them in the laboratory information system (LIS)
• Ensure the processing and preservation of samples according to laboratory procedures and established standards
• Perform and technically validate analyses for diagnostic and therapeutic purposes, in the fields of microbiology (bacteriology, virology, molecular biology, parasitology) and routine (hematology, hemostasis, chemistry, immunology)
• Communicate pathological and/or urgent test results according to procedure
• Ensure the conformity of analysis requests and samples and that the analysis process complies with good laboratory practices (maintenance, calibrations, quality controls, sample quality, etc.)
• Participate in the development, writing, and application of procedures necessary to bring their sector into compliance with ISO 15189 standards
• Cover weekend on-call duties according to schedule

• Diploma as a Biomedical Analysis Technician ES or equivalent
• Versatile experience in microbiology and routine
• Good knowledge of common computer tools
• Organizational skills and autonomy
