Job Description

• Coordination and supervision of a team of masons on site
• Organisation of daily work and task distribution
• Supervision of the quality of work performed, ensuring compliance with plans and safety regulations
• Management of necessary materials and equipment
• Monitoring and control of work progress timelines
• Collaboration with the site manager to ensure adherence to plans and budgets

Requirements

• Proven experience as a mason and team leader in the construction sector
• In-depth knowledge of construction techniques, materials and processing methods
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Excellent team and resource management skills
• Knowledge of occupational safety regulations and ability to apply them
• Driving licence B
• Precision, reliability and ability to work under pressure
