In this essential role, you will be the point of contact for the Abacus team. You are the central pivot where all aspects of our back-office converge. Are you a proactive person passionate about digitalization? Then we look forward to meeting you!
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Thanks to your experience, you ensure the operation of our back-office in French-speaking Switzerland. You dedicate yourself with motivation and initiative to administrative tasks to assist the Abacus team.
- With your attention to detail and quality, you participate in the preparation of client presentations and assist our sales colleagues in developing offers.
- You support project managers by performing various tasks, such as the billing process, creating contracts, and managing client data.
- You are responsible for project administration in our usual IT tools, managing licenses, and billing.
YOUR PROFILE
- You are perfectly bilingual in German and French, able to communicate easily both in writing and orally.
- You have initial training in commerce and/or business management.
- You have professional experience in back-office or in an assistant position.
- You are solution-oriented, an organization pro, and know how to manage the stress brought by multiple requests.
- Your ability to grasp complexities and adapt effectively in a multi-project and multi-client B2B environment is an asset.
- You have a good knowledge of MS Office applications. Experience with SAP and Abacus is a plus.
- You are able to quickly grasp new tools, essential for the effective administration of our activities.
- Main workplace in Epalinges with the possibility of working in Solothurn and Bern.
