In the interest of employees and companies, the Office for Labor (AFA) contributes to strengthening the location Zurich. The labor market policy competencies are bundled in the AFA. Around 650 employees work at more than 20 locations. The Qualification for Job Seekers (QuS) area organizes, together with external partners, an offer of labor market measures (AMM) tailored to the needs of the labor market. These support the reintegration of unemployed persons into the labor market.
We are looking for competent support for this exciting role starting immediately or by arrangement.
Your tasks:
- Annual planning of the product volume of labor market measures (AMM)
- Preparing and submitting the SECO framework budget for AMM
- Responsibility for the accounting of educational measures
- Reviewing providers' budgets, processing investment applications
- Assisting with final accounts
- Controlling and ICS: preparing controlling evaluations, conducting capacity controlling, assisting with ICS and process management
- Assisting with public tenders according to procurement law
Your profile:
- Commercial basic education and HF diploma or equivalent training in finance and controlling
- Very good German, fluent in spoken and written
- Good PC user skills, especially MS Office/Excel, databases, accounting
- Teamwork skills, conflict and criticism ability, high communication and social competence
- Conceptual and organizational skills
- Resilience, flexibility, and independent working style
- High customer orientation and quality awareness
- Experience in public administration or with third-party funds is an advantage
