We are looking for a

Certified Nursing Specialist FH or HF as Head of Nursing and Care 90-100%

You, as a certified nursing specialist HF or FH (SRK recognized), convince with a sense of responsibility and teamwork.

Your responsibilities include leading the nursing team, interdisciplinary collaboration with relatives, doctors, and therapists, as well as implementing and monitoring operational goals.

You actively support our team in daily nursing with high quality standards, social skills, patience, and empathy, and bring knowledge in validation and kinaesthetics.

For this interesting and demanding activity, we expect experience in caring for elderly people as well as at least 3 years of leadership experience in a retirement home.
