Department of Gerontopsychiatry, 40 – 100% workload

In autumn 2026, we will expand our existing Department of Gerontopsychiatry in the new building at the Baden site and specifically extend the care of people with mental illnesses in old age. The Regional Care Centre Baden is one of the largest providers of long-term care in Switzerland. We offer our residents of all ages specialised professional care and support in various areas of expertise. Our headquarters in Baden (AG) will be comprehensively modernised in the coming years through new construction and renovations and complemented by 86 new retirement apartments.

How you will support us:

• You create a structured, appreciative daily routine for our residents with gerontopsychiatric conditions.
• You carry out planned care and support tasks according to individual needs and biographies.
• You perform simple nursing measures in compliance with hygiene guidelines.
• You carefully maintain the nursing documentation within your area of competence.
• You pass on important observations to the nursing staff.
• You independently and reliably perform household tasks.

How you can convince us:

• You have completed training as Health & Social Assistance EBA, SRK Care Assistant or an equivalent recognised qualification.
• You have experience in long-term care or psychiatric nursing.
• You have good German language skills, both spoken and written.
• You enjoy working with older people with mental health challenges.
• You approach people with patience, openness and respect.
